Record Elah Butida, born Makumbi Ashraf on March 13, 1993, is a Ugandan Ragga and Dancehall music recording artist based in Kampala, Uganda. Makumbi grew up in the areas of Makindye with his mother, Cissy Nansamba and his father, Kalungi Hassan.
