Ava Peace, born Namugonza Maureen Peace on January 13, 2000, at Mengo Hospital to Mr. Kato Gonzaga and Ms. Christine Nakamatte, is a Ugandan recording artist and performer with a passion for Afrobeat, Dancehall, and R&B music. She was raised in Kyengera, a suburb of Kampala, where she grew up with her six siblings.
