Jose Chameleone, born Joseph Mayanja on April 30, 1979, is a Ugandan musician and performer. Chameleone is the founder and C.E.O of Leone Island. The legendary musician has released over 200 songs throughout his career and is recognised as one of the best East African musicians of all time. Chameleone has inspired a lot of popular artists across the region including Tanzanian Afropop star Diamond Platnumz.
