Zoe Star Bio

Niwabine Doreen Zoe, professionally known as Zoe Star, is a Ugandan singer, songwriter, and actress, born on January 6, 1996.

From a young age, Zoe developed a passion for music, learning to play the guitar and sing. Her dedication to music led her to join a church choir, where she sought to deepen her understanding of the art form.

Inspired by the positive feedback from her performances for congregations and individuals, Zoe decided to pursue a career as a recording and performing artist. Her strong Christian background influenced her initial foray into gospel music.

Zoe’s debut single, “My Everything,” marked the beginning of her professional music career. This track opened doors for her to collaborate with various artists, including Ruyonga. She eventually joined his label, JoshSB360, adopting the stage name “Star.”

Currently signed with Talent Walls, Zoe rebranded herself as Zoe Star. This new chapter rekindled her love for inspirational music and expanded her artistic reach across various platforms, allowing her to grow as an artist.

Under Talent Walls’ management, Zoe Star explored genres beyond gospel, taking advantage of the creative opportunities provided by the company. She released her first audio track, “Gweno,” and a music video for “JIM,” a remake of Afrigo Band’s classic.

Zoe Star released her 7-track EP titled “Phoenix Untamed” under Talent Walls.
