Big Eye Bio
Big Eye StarBoss, born Mayanja Ibrahim on November 9, 1989, is a renowned Ugandan singer.
He is the fourth of seven children born to Mr. and Mrs. Sulaiman Sempala.
StarBoss began his musical career as a solo artist with his debut single, “Flavour ya Kiganda.” Following the release of this track, he joined Dr. Jose Chameleone’s Leone Island Music Empire. During his time with Leone Island, he produced several notable songs, including the remix of “Nkwagala Nyo” in collaboration with Dr. Jose Chameleone, as well as “Towakana.”
In 2008, StarBoss Big Eye co-founded the record label Big Talent Entertainment with fellow Ugandan artist Eddy Kenzo. The first song he released under this label was “Oyagala Ani,” followed by “Indicator,” which became a major hit in East Africa. He continued to produce popular tracks such as “Muzibe” and many others.
After two years, StarBoss Big Eye established his own music label, Big Music Entertainment. Under this new label, he released several successful songs including “Mango Juice,” “Going Higher,” “Nadeshi,” “Already Booked,” “Tusasanya,” and “Self Contained,” among others.
